5. Procedure in case of violation of Intellectual Property Rights and/or Copyright.

10. Subsistence

16. Complaints.

18. Validity, interpretation and legislation.
In the event that any of the provisions contained in the "CONTRACT" is found invalid by a Tribunal or Court of competent jurisdiction or is impossible to enforce, both parties will request the court to revoke said declaration, while such disagreement is resolved. , the other provisions of this "CONTRACT" will remain valid and have full legal force.

The "USER", by accessing the "PORTALS" and the "SERVICES" of "HBS-DELLI", expressly and irrevocably accepts the fact that this "CONTRACT", as well as the relationship of the "USER" with "HBS- DELLI", will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. In case of controversy, the "USER" and "HBS-DELLI" expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of MERIDA, YUCATAN, renouncing the "USERS" as "HBS-DELLI", to any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, for reason of their present or future addresses or of any place where they have made or requested the products or services or in any way have accessed the "PORTALS" and/or "SERVICES".

In the event that the "USER" is of a nationality other than or different from Mexican, he expressly waives the protection of the Laws and Authorities of his country of origin, agreeing to expressly and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Mexico City, Federal District; In addition, the "USER" and "HBS-DELLI" waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future addresses or any place where they have made or requested the products or services or in any way have accessed them.
